Service Complaints about RetailADR
If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the service that you have received from CDRL, please either submit this via our online portal, or post it to us in writing.
Please provide us with your claim ID, full details of your complaint, and also state which sector your claim was lodged within (e.g. Retail).
If you remain dissatisfied once you have received our response, this can then be reviewed by an Independent Assessor.
