During the show, Dean also announced the big news that there is now an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body for aviation consumers called AviationADR which is run by Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd. The scheme will handle all complaints, ranging from late flights to lost luggage. It’a great news for consumers and airlines because AviationADR can work with both parties to maintain relationships and promote customer care.
